Either way, it appears The profile of the candidates of both parties in the United States points to a single phenomenon: the resurgence of downtown as an option for power in the United States. There are still differences between Republicans and Democrats, obviously, but we are not facing terribly divisive characters like Howard Dean or the same George W. Bush, at least. Interesting.
